Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if either party fails to comply with these terms or if circumstances arise that prevent the continuation of services. Upon termination, all outstanding fees will become due immediately.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India.
9. Changes to Terms
Bridgebooks reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
